Thanks for taking the time to check out our remote office support division of Szal Network Solutions. As a businessperson, I understand the difficulty in deciding to try a new solution for the first time. That is why I am looking to give you as much information about Szal Office Solutions and the remote office solutions we offer.

I also feel that in making the decision to try a new service, you must feel confident in the people with whom you’re doing business.

On that note, let me tell you a bit about my background. I have worked in Administrative Assistant positions for over 20 years. During that time, I’ve worked as assistant to Executives, Vice Presidents and Small Business Owners. in each position I took on some level of responsibility for office administration. I am very well versed in MS Office ( MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,  MS Office Expression Web), most internet search engines, and many more programs and applications.

Through all of my past corporate experiences combined with daily life experiences,  I have developed a good understanding of the development and implementation of marketing plans and many of the basic human resources functions.

Since helping my husband, Chris, to build his dream of owning his own business, Szal Network Solutions, over 2 years ago I have decided to put all of my knowledge to work to help our current clients (as well as new clients) with remote office support. I’ve always enjoyed certain aspects of my past positions, and in starting Szal Office Solutions I saw the opportunity to combine all of those aspects that I enjoyed into one “job.” I’ve had the chance to learn all about starting a small business over the past few years and even more about marketing strategies and what is needed to grow a strong business.

Also, I know that some people feel better about working with others online if they can see them in a more human light, others don’t appreciate this as much, but below I’m choosing to include a few more personal notes about myself.

I have worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Corporate environment since 1992, there were many parts of the position I liked and a few I did not.  What I did not like was the lack of flexibility as I have 3 young daughters and wanted to be able to stay at home with them during these very short childhood years.  I have always enjoyed typing, office work - but did not enjoy working in a cubicle!  When my husband created Szal Network Solutions, of course I was right there to help him with all his "office" duties in our own home office...filing, documentation, building the website, marketing, invoicing, you name it, I've done it.   All the while, raising my daughters and running my home.  At the same time, I have always wanted to run a business of 'my own' while struggling with deciding what I wanted to do vs. what I was really good at.  It all made sense one day: I have the Home Office, I have many current Szal Network Solutions clients who could use my assistance, I have extra time and most importantly, I have the experience and drive to help myself and others.  All I needed was the "Go For It...!" from my husband and I got it! 

So here I am with the new portion of Szal Network Solutions...and I hope to be able to earn your trust as your business' Remote Assistant!
