Convenient Payment Options
Szal
Office Solution rates for remote assistant services are extremely
straightforward. All administrative remote assistant projects are billed on an
hourly basis in 15 minute increments. Our standard hourly rate is $35 per hour.
We have a couple of payment options available to all clients, each listed below.
You pay for the services that you need (and for the time you require). If your
work project is small, paying by the hour is generally the best idea. However,
for larger projects or ongoing work, it is recommended that you think about a
monthly retainer package.
Option 1:
Hourly & Per Request:
Hourly and per request rates are available for Clients who prefer
a "Pay-As-You-Go" option.
Option 2:
Monthly
Retainer Plans:
Clients needing routine tasks
may choose from 3 discounted monthly retainer plans. Retainer plans are
available in 3 months, 6 months or 12 months options. At the completion of
each retainer period, a consultation will take place to re-asses client needs.
These are
prepaid packages at
discounted rates, payment is due on/before the 1st
of the month.
Retainer discount is dependent upon
selected plan as follows:

Bronze Package - 10 hours of virtual assistant work for $315, a 10%
discount.
§
Silver Package - 25 hours of virtual assistant work for $700, a 20%
discount.
§
Gold Package - 50 hours of virtual assistant work for $1,225, a 30%
discount.

(Note:
Hours purchased via a monthly retainer package must be used within the month for
which it has been purchased. Hours will not roll over to the following month.)
